My students are more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of their work space. They are able to focus and attend better! The dry erase table makes learning fun and exciting, while the writing desk allows them to write in a space they can feel "grown up" and proud of! All of a sudden learning the ABC's, numbers and writing sentences becomes so much more interesting and it is a much greener option! The white board allows me to see what the students are working on and provide immediate feedback. It is a great place for the students to share work with others. It is a manner for students to work collaboratively. It also helps make the planet greener- less papers and copies needed. The students take pride in their classroom and find it to be so much more like home. By donating to this project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will help increase their academic achievement.
