We are wanting to help our students become more mindful! We are starting a campaign each month to encourage our students to be mindful. The campaign will give students an activity to practice each month with several options on how to practice being mindful and reflect how it has helped them. We are hoping to help our students become more mentally healthy by being mindful of themselves. We are hoping to increase participation in our campaign by offering incentives as students complete activities . Each of our incentives have been chosen because they will help a student be more mindful.
