As a teacher in a Title I school, it has been my goal to create a classroom environment where my students feel happy and comfortable. Many of my students sadly come from homes that make them feel unsafe, and/or do not provide a "cozy" feeling that we would want to provide for children at home. Therefore, it is a dream for me to be able to have my students walk into my classroom and instantly feel comforted, safe, and excited to be there. I also want a classroom environment that cultivates a calming experience for students so that they are able to better focus and concentrate on their learning and work experience.

About my class
