The young scientists at our school are craving interactive exploration time. Our current Unit is based on plants and animals and although they are using their observation skills with the meal worms we've been provided, they seek more challenging and hands on opportunities. The SeaQuest Outreach Program is designed to test their observation and scientific reasoning skills through first hand discovery. It is an hour of excitement, learning, and exploration that these First Graders will remember for a life time. It will provide a great support to their learning with life cycles and habitats, which is Common Core aligned. Please help to fulfill their science dreams and feed their desire to learn!
