Our class is made of some of the best 5 and 6 year old children around! They have the best smiles and laughs! We are located in a small town in rural Illinois! Many of my students are from farming families. I have learned that children this age learn best through play! We do our best to play and learn every day! Some of our favorite activities are music and movement, STEM, and Foodie Fun Friday! I love to create a fun learning environment for my students! Our school is in a rural community with lots of great community supporters! We are blessed with a school district that encourages teachers to find the best materials and supplies to help further students learning and encourage a happy and warm learning environment. Through the support of Donors Choose we have been blessed with many things to help encourage learning within our classroom that we would not have otherwise.
