  • Housecleaning Stand

    The housecleaning stand is a big help in our dramatic play center. It is keeping our dramatic play center more organized instead of the brooms and mops just being propped against random items and then falling onto the floor.

    When we first opened the box the students were very curious about the new item. They watched as we took each piece out and then assembled the stand. They instantly new how to put the brooms away without any assistance. The students use the brooms, mops, and housecleaning stand almost every single day.

    The next steps for our classroom are getting an item to use as a designated "quite spot" for students to sit with books and book props, called a Lounge and Learn Hideaway. We are also hoping to get a front facing bookshelf.”

All the preschoolers want to play with the table everyday, so we draw names from a cup to take turns. It is nice having different materials to use on the table to differentiate for students developmental abilities. I feel like we will have to continue pulling names for the remainder of the school year to take turns. We have so much appreciation for you helping create an engaging preschool environment.”

These vibrant color storage bins and vibrant color storage bin lids will be used to create an accessible and effective storage solution for the materials I will be providing to my preschool class. I will be placing these bins on low shelves and using them to hold math manipulatives, puzzles, games, and toys. By also getting the vibrant color lids to match the bins, it will reduce distractions for students by covering up the materials and hiding them from sight. Out of sight out of mind.
