  • Creating a Cozy "Home Away From Home"

  • Flexible Seating for Wiggly Learners!

    Flexible seating has helped the kids so much when they have to sit for long periods of time. It allows them to move around without getting up and distracting others! It has been a great addition to our classroom!

  • Virtual Learning Resources for Visual Learners

    Thank you so much for contributing to my project! These visual resources made teaching math in a virtual learning environment so much better! When teaching fractions, I was able to use the magnetic fraction tiles and the magnetic boards to manipulate fractions as the students learned! It helped many of them see how parts make a whole! The magnetic coins were very helpful when having students count the amounts given. These resources made it easy to show the students what I was trying to teach rather than drawing it out every time!     Thank you so much for contributing to my project! I remained a virtual teacher all year but we were still able to enjoy these books! We read many through the use of a document camera so all students could enjoy them! The students enjoyed them and so did I! We mostly used these books during small reading groups and it was great to have actual books to use and take a break from reading on a screen! Thanks for your donations to make this possible! I am trying to get actual books in the hands of my students for small reading groups so they can get off the computer and sit in a comfy chair to read. I would like to have the option to send these books home with them to read together as a small group. It will also be easier to discuss story elements with actual books! This will also give them something to read to their families to share what they are learning.
