Our Esports team is a way for students who do not normally get involved in school activities, find a place to connect and have fun at school. I have seen so many students come out of their shell socially and interact in new ways. It is exciting to not only teach high school math but to bring students along on the journey of growth in many areas.
Thank you so much for the gift of tools that can expand the number of students involved in our program and even begin adding Middle School teams to our roster. Your generosity will be felt by many students that do not have the funds to afford these items at home.”

Thank you so much for expanding our classroom library for March is Reading Month. I teach high school math but always have a place for students to find a good book to read. All of the subjects in school are intertwined and I love helping students find books that interest them and engage them in reading. Good readers are good students. I believe that wholeheartedly and will continue to expand my students knowledge base in any way I can.
Your generosity will be shared by many students over the coming years and impacting the way they view math and reading.”

Thank you so much. These tools will help our students who cannot afford their personal calculator to have it available for the SAT testing taking place in April. Your generosity will make a big impact on students for many years to come. Thank you again and my you be blessed in return.”

Thank you so much for helping our students learn the skill of building a computer. The way computing is going in our society, the students can use this skill throughout their lifetime to fix, build and examine computers for their everyday use or in the workforce. This skill will go a long way in their confidence building.”

Thank you Horace Mann for providing much needed supplies and prizes for my students. The scissors have already been a big help for students making 3-D models in our Geometry class. The prizes were great for our Christmas review games and will be used throughout the rest of the year to reward students for hard work and determination.
Your generosity tells my students that they are important and are valued as young people ready to change the world. I try to instill the idea of finding ways to give back to our community and when the community gives back to them it is a huge blessing. Thanks again!”

Thank you for giving to my classroom. The candy machine is loaded and students are getting rewarded for persistence and finding/correcting mistakes. The puzzle was a huge hit and students have already completed it coming in during off class time and working together. I love to have students in my room throughout the day for building relationships and keeping an open line of communication open.
Your help has made that happen. With the hand puzzles and the games, I have a place students come when they are done with their lunch or after school. Thank yo so much for giving to my "kids."”
We are requesting light blocking computer glasses which will filter harmful blue light directly and prevents blue light from passing through the lens to your eye. My students work at a computer screen 4-5 hours a day. The strain on their eyes can be damaging. I would like to do something in the classroom to help them keep their vision and their eyes healthy.
Computer glasses can reduce eye strain and headache. I would like to provide the availability of a pair for each student in my room. Glasses would be checked out for use by students and used throughout the day in the classroom. I would love to have the ability to make their learning experience more pleasurable and less harmful. Thank you for your support.
