This project is designed to teach students about different artists and art styles. The students will use the supplies to reproduce their own art to show understanding of a particular artist or genre of art.
Every day, the students learn about a new artist or genre of art. They take notes and review art pieces. The students reproduce the artwork with there own design. For example, the Wander by Casper Fredrichs. The students create a new adventure for the wander. The students cut out a shadow image of the wander on a hill and glue it to a blank sheet and draw a new background. I have seen malls, schools, and exotic places.
