I would love to implement flex seating into my classroom, so that I can give the students more choice over their learning. Coming from a different school setting, I was not prepared to start flex seating in my classroom, and have been slowly building more choices for my students. My classroom is at the beginning stages of flex seating, and I am in need of more options for my students. I feel like my students would benefit from choice seating and an improved classroom design. I will be using the wobble stools in my small group station in hopes that it will help student motivation and attention. I have witnessed the improvements in student focus in the classrooms of other teachers in my district who have already implemented these seating options for their students.
