  • Hands On Learning with STEM Bins

    Our project was fully funded in just 2 days from the day I posted, and only 1 day after going live! I am at a loss for words. I am grateful to serve students with families so eager to support learning and growth in the classroom, as well as the matches from Endless! We should have the bins in about 2 weeks, and I know the class will be so excited to start building and creating. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! These STEM bins promote divergent, imaginative and inventive thinking both in and out of the classroom by providing a blended approach to science, technology, engineering, and math. With these bins, my students will be able to build their creative design and fine motor skills, solve problems with constraints, and explore geometry through construction of shapes, lines and angles. Students can use the 18 different manipulatives, task cards and challenge cards included in a variety of ways in the classroom, such as center work, morning work, early finisher tasks, or during indoor recess. The versatility of these bins combined with the exciting hands on learning and critical thinking they encourage guarantees they will be a daily hit in my classroom!
