  • Snacks for Kids

    Thank you for the snacks for my kids that come into my classroom. Some times when kids are upset, all they need is a little snack to calm down. I also use the snacks to reward the kids on the charts that they use during the day if they get all of their smiley faces. The kids like the selection of the choices that they can get and so they like to work extra hard at their work. It has provided a relief to those that come into the room hungry as well and I can provide them with something little to get them through the day.”

    Thank you very much for funding my project. Our group of kids just went into quarantine for a couple of weeks so the Teacher Pay Teacher gift card has really come in handy. I have purchased materials to help me deliver lessons to my students that are appropriate and at their instructional level. I have chosen things that have been fun for them as well, as going virtual can be taxing especially for my students who struggle. I really appreciate you helping me along in this journey this year! As we always say, it takes a village to raise our kids! Thanks for being part of our village!”

My students will use the Hot Dots programs to learn their letters and numbers. The kids will find this kind of learning a new and fun way to practice their letters and numbers. The kids will use the electronic pen to identify the correct letters and sounds. They will also use it to count the numbers. When learning beginning skills, finding a fun way to do it, makes all the difference in the world. Sometimes, my students need time to calm down and get nervous. The fidget toys will help the students concentrate and become calmer during the day.
