It helps the body go from the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system to the relaxed response of the parasympathetic nervous system". This area will allows students to use of each of their senses to bring them back to balance. Notice with your eyes, ears, smell, taste,touch and reduce anxiety.

JUST GROW. "Horticultural therapy techniques are used for students to learn new skills or regain those that are lost. Students will learn to improve memory, cognitive abilities, task initiation, language skills, and socialization as well as strengthen muscles, improve coordination, balance, and endurance. Students will gain abilities to work independently, problem solve, and follow directions."
All seeds, growing material, soil, etc as well as garden tools
JUST FLOW. Art therapy will teach our students to explore their emotions, improve self-esteem, relieve stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression, and cope with a physical illness or disability.

- Fence decor/designs
- Cinder block wall/planter- painted by students
- Crochet for trees and area fencing "Yard/yarn Bombing"
