The headphones will help my students focus on the online modules and practice they work on daily to improve their academic skills. They are preparing for SAT testing and need to hear feedback when practicing online. The stand mixer will be used during functional skills class when the students learn cooking & baking skills along with how to run a small business by making cheese balls and cookies to sell to staff members during the holidays. They learn how to take orders, multiply a recipe to make enough for the orders, measure and mix up ingredients to make the final product.
