Some students need to be in motion to concentrate. Engaging their body helps them retain information better and work out cognitive problems. It's recently been shown that kids with ADHD actually learn better while they are moving. It is my personal belief that this also applies to all kinesthetic learners. There is a way that students can move around a bit while they do their work. Wobble Chairs are made for kids who have trouble sitting still. The base is rounded, allowing the sitter to wiggle and fidget to their heart's content! This project will help some of my students wobble while they work.
