As a teacher, it is my responsibility to ensure that I am preparing my students for their future. Right now, their future can be absolutely anything- even careers and jobs that haven't been created yet! Since we are preparing them for so many possibilities, we need to create opportunities in which they can try new things, and experiment with trial and error. These Dash Robots will allow my students to work on many different skills, including teamwork, problems and solutions, coding, programming, along with many others! Computer programming is a skill that will continue to be needed throughout our world. As my first grade students learn to be confident with their programming skills, and with using technology, they will be better prepared for their futures.
