The students are in a low economic area and most do not have any technology at home. Being able to learn on a laptop helps them grow and understand what they will be a part of a society where technology is the future. Students will learn how to use laptops and all its tools for exploring and researching as well as being able to use educational programs tailored to their individual needs and learning levels. Having laptops in the classroom will allow for student achievement. The technology will open up their minds to discovering new challenging resources that they need in order to broaden their horizons.
