  • C/O 2021 Decision Day!

    Funded Nov 22, 2020

As COVID-19 and Shelter in Place orders took over our lives, our Royal family did not allow it to take over celebrating the HUGE accomplishment of the resilient 2020 Senior class. Graduating the midst of our pandemic peak was not easy, but they did it. I was able to raffle off our donor choose items to our seniors who attended the Senior Parade. These items will help aid their transition into their post-secondary educational path. The technology items requested helped out students prosper in their distant learning models for this year. The first year of college is scary and adding the virtual layer to that made it even more intimidating. These items helped ease the financial stress and burden these transitions bring. Overall, our students would not have felt the closure from high school without this event, and the surprise of these items created positive reinforcement to continue encouraging post-secondary education! GRACIAS!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Santoyo

It is our tradition to celebrate the accomplishments of the senior students through Decision Day. This event helps us create a memorable Decision Day event for our graduating seniors that honors the students’ hard work and dedication to their education, celebrate their accomplishments, and provide them the support to begin the next stage in their life. Helps us continue building a college going culture on campus and encourage students to seek higher education by supporting our annual Decision Day celebration. During this school day event, we celebrate the accomplishments of the graduating class with prizes, food, games, and music. We honor our seniors by providing them resources such as gift baskets, school supplies and gift cards. The materials requested will be raffled off during our Decision Day on Tuesday, June 3rd. This year, we would like to expand the items gifted to our students to include more expense college necessities. Decision day is more than a celebration, it validates the hard work students have invested in their education. We hope to continue inspiring our students to pursing higher education. Donations gifted will help student succeed in their post-secondary paths.
