I am trying to implement a stations model to teaching. Having something tangible at stations for students to look at and analyze is a sustainable way of reaching inner-city students efficiently. These items will help my students actually see how biodiverse our world is and how small shifts in the environment can have huge and lasting repercussions throughout the natural world. These items can be used year after year to help my students visualize what humans are doing to the world and will be used to emphasize choices and policies that can protect the natural world. Know that your investment will make a huge impact in my classroom.
