My project is to bring grater learning potential to my special needs students, with the ability to get down on the floor. On the floor with the carpets, students will be comfortable and at ease while learning their greatly need basic letters, sounds and phonics. With the Bowling lane carpets, we will all kick off our shoes and learn addition, cooperative interaction, and a healthy life time form of exercise sportsmanship and competition. My students also need, at times, a quite spot to refocus, or get down on the carpet to contemplate the learning they are struggling with, or to deal with the issues they are faced with that get in the way of their ability to learn. This will also allow me to get down to their level and work directly with them on the skill, task or issue at hand. With the Tic Stack Toe, I can get my students to think in 3D while on the carpet.
