We have a large population of students that are passionate about playing soccer. Many of our students do not have the means to play for a local soccer club, so this will serve as an outlet for those students to belong to something positive. The objective for this program is to serve any student interested in playing soccer. I feel like we have many at risk students that need something positive to be a part of. We are working with other schools in the district to begin a city league with 10 teams to play games this spring. We have the interest and facilities in place, but we are needing funding to help cover some of our costs with equipment. I believe support for this program will impact so many students in such a positive way.

About my class
