Thank you so much for funding this monitor . My students will be able to see the screen when I am teaching them. This will cause less distraction. I currently use a very same screen and the students are always yelling that they can’t see. I can picture the excitement on their faces. It makes me smile.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Hanson

The students at Lighthouse Elementary will benefit tremendously. I would like to send a personal thank you as well. This will give the students an opportunity to start off the school year with the materials that is needed. In addition a I will be sending materials to my students that are only remote.”

This classroom project was brought to life by Stavros Niarchos Foundation and 3 other donors.
My students will be able to use the materials both at home and if they are in person. No child will be without materials. The notebooks will be used to capture notes for each subject taught and as a journal for them to gather their thoughts. The following materials will also be provided to the students; pens, crayons, folders, pencils, and other basic school supplies. In addition each child will also receive personal hand sanitizers and masks which is a part of the new norm.
The plan is to equip each child with the confidence that they need to start.
