  • Headphones to Focus on Technology

    The use of technology in the classroom has become an everyday occurrence. Students use the technology to enhance or get extra help in the area of math and reading. It has also taken the place of some of the paper and pencil tests. This generation of children are becoming very tech savvy at such a young age.

    We know that classrooms are not always the quietest places as there is so much learning going on. So your donation for the purchase of headphones for every student in my class was amazing. Now, the students can tune out the distractions and focus on their math and reading work. The students are passing many lessons and levels in our math and reading programs. Their test scores are going up. I have students in the advanced and proficient areas now. It is amazing to see.

    My students have taken pride in taking care of their own set of headphones. It helps build responsibility in taking care of them.

My students keep asking for working headphones to be able to use and focus on the math and reading technology programs in the classroom. They are making so much progress and I would love for them to be able to make so much more. In order for that to happen, my students need working headphones that are not falling apart or have wires showing. These new headphones will allow my students to have their own pair that they can use on any computer that is available. They will not have to share and worry if they will be getting a broken pair to use.

About my class
