My students come to school enthusiastic to learn but almost all of them also come from low-income households. They have access to very limited resources including books, computers, and other useful technology. I also have limited access at school with just a black and white printer that's shared with the entire school. A color printer would spark students' creativity and love for writing. Students would be overjoyed to see their work in all of its wonder to display in our school for community night. It would also allow me to print books in color for students to take home and practice reading with family members.
