These iPads and cases will make a difference to my students because there are so many programs they can use such as Waterford, ABC Mouse, Starfall, and Emotional ABC's. It is easier for my students to use tablets than desktop computers or notebooks. We use a varitey of computer programs that can be accessed on the iPads to help with building language, math and social-emotional skills. These iPads and cases would give more of my students an opportunity to use educational apps and games in small groups and during their workshop time. Currently, we have to share iPads with partners. It is difficult for this age to share the iPads, so having more in my classroom would have a tremendous impact on their love for learning. Having iPads and cases will give more of my students access to the digital world of learning that many are unable to receive at home.
