Many of the Kindergarten through 3rd grade students that I work with are reluctant learners, especially in the area of math. I want to open up their ideas of what math is, hopefully to be more engaging, powerful and even fun! These materials and games will help my students to experience math without it feeling like "work". These games will allow my students to think, engage, practice and wonder about math concepts that will further their understanding. With a variety of experiences with math, students will be more willing to engage, take risks and effort, which will ultimately help them in all subject areas and outside of school.
