Bowling is a lifetime sport. Lifetime sports promote fitness and activity at any age. They appeal to all age levels and skill levels because lifetime sports are low impact and low risk activities. There's no physical contact with other players so all can feel comfortable engaging is this type of activity. The goal of lifetime sports is to promote fitness and improve health at all stages of life. Encouraging students to be active is key to long term health and wellness. If my wish is granted, I will purchase bowling sets that include pins, balls, carpeted lanes, pin corrals and storage cart. A local bowling alley originally loaned bowling sets to my district. Sharing that equipment with 55 schools, the sets have worn out over time. With the generosity of others, I will share these sets with the 3 other traditional schools in my district as well as the enrichment program that shares my campus.
