My class loves using technology during centers. Most of my students don't have access to use technology at home and I think it is a disadvantage for them. Therefore, I think that having the opportunity to use an iPad in class will help them develop technology skills as well as improve in reading and math. There are some programs that our district recommends to use to support learning such as ABC Mouse or Reading Magic. However, we only have two old tablets in my class and it makes this task very difficult. These tablets are very slow and have many technological issues so their learning time is reduced.
