At our school we have implemented a clear water bottle policy so that students are able to stay in the classroom yet still be able to quench their thirst. Many students would like to have the opportunity to stay hydrated but are unable to afford a clear water bottle or do not have a clear water bottle, but other types that do not meet the water bottle rule.
With scientific evidence that proves the human brain needs to stay hydrated for optimal performance, why deprive our students and let an obstacle such as having a clear water bottle get in the way?
