I want to provide learning experiences and activities that apply to all of the different types of learners. Many of the students in my classroom are Kinesthetic learners, they learn best by doing. By doing these hands on activities they are not only learning about the subject presented to them, but they are also learning social, cognitive, and emotional skills. Kids should start out their schooling by being excited about what they are doing because it will carry on with them throughout the rest of their lives. John Dewey said, "Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results."
