Flexible seating is very important to the younger grade levels. Letting the wiggly students use wobble stools keeps the students focused on the lessons and on task with their activities. I allow my students to stand up and jump up and down as they work, however, sometimes it can get distracting. My plan is that these wobble stools will help cut back on distractions while helping those wiggly students. Students need all the resources they can get in order to be successful. As a newer teacher, I have not built my library up to what it should be. I am looking for many more books for my students to read in our classroom library and for read alouds. The more resources I can get for my students, the more they learn.
