These students need a way to self regulate themselves during the school day. A sensory walk will provide them with an outlet. They can use the walk during class and in between classes. The walkway will help them to calm down when feeling overwhelmed, release excess energy, provide them with a variety of tactile surfaces to help them regulate their bodies, and provide them with an activity that they can be successful with. I will use the cricut machine to build multiple walkways throughout the school. Many other Occupational Therapist have been successful at Incorporating sensory walks within their schools
