Funded Apr 23, 2024Thank you, thank you!! Your generosity is truly amazing. Our edible garden is looking great, we have planted tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, carrots, green onions, radishes, lettuce, celery, cabbage, Bok choy, and other plants using the seed starters.
The soil has been used to give the beds more depth for deeper roots. The student love planting, watering and reaping the food, they are more open to trying different foods because they planted and watched the grow. They also get to take some home to their families. Because you give to our project, students in the school can try unfamiliar vegetables and enjoy the ones they already love. Healthy eating. Thank you!!β
