Our Cadets were not born at the time of this tragic national event that took many innocent people from their families and communities. This trip is to educate our young generation of how each day we remember the victims, the families, and survivors dealing with loss, recognizing the lasting consequences of 9/11 on individual lives. This trip will make a difference on our Cadets by not only paying their respect to those that died on that day but also learn about how this event changed our country both politically and economically. As someone that deployed in support of fighting terrorism, I believe that our Cadets will look back at the educational value they had in this trip.

About my class
