These materials will make a difference in our cadets' learning by allowing us to produce important documents for our cadets. For example drill team rosters, our cadet field manual, field trip forms, and other logistics paperwork. It will also help by allowing us to print reports that our student staff has to complete. All of our events rely on mandatory paperwork that has to be submitted to Miami Dade County Public Schools. Our cadets are focused on leadership. We volunteer in many community service events that require a series of steps in which it is essential that we have printers to produce all imperative paperwork. We use a SMEAC system. SMEAC stands for Situation, Mission, Equipment, Admin/Logistics, and Command. With this system, we organize all of the components that go into a community service event. SMEAC with other documents required by M-DCPS teaches our cadets the basics of organization, proper work ethic and responsibility. Printers will allow us to print said documentation. Currently, we only have one dysfunctional printer with a faulty paper tray. This makes it difficult to have the required paperwork ready for an event, which on numerous occasions has deterred us from attending them.
