Every person deserves the opportunity to experience the world of dance! My students especially will thrive when certain elements are included in lessons, warm-ups, projects and performances. With these resources, the students' experience will be enriched with bright and colorful reference posters and TheraBands used for strengthening and stretching the body. Theses reference posters will not only bring color and life to the bare walls but will help students to learn, engage and remember more information than ever before. Covering a range of core dance terms and movements, these unique posters can play a vital role in improving students' understanding of new and complex topics. Therabands are a great tool have when engaging in body conditioning. The exercises done when using the bands will help to improve strength, range of motion and flexibility in a simple to use, portable product perfect for the classroom and all level students.
