  • Mail Call! Exciting Mailboxes for Our Third Graders!

    Funded Jan 24, 2025

I hope this note finds you well! I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support in providing mailboxes for my third-grade classroom.

Thanks to your contributions, each student now has a dedicated space to keep their papers organized and ready to take home. This simple addition has made a significant difference in helping students manage their assignments and stay on top of their work.

Moreover, these mailboxes serve as an essential tool for communication. I can easily send important information and updates to parents, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in their child's education.

Your support has truly enhanced our classroom environment, making it more organized and efficient. Thank you for believing in the importance of communication and organization in education.”

  • Math in Motion: Engaging Minds with Hands-On Manipulatives

    Funded Nov 15, 2024

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of our math manipulatives project. Your contribution has truly transformed our classroom experience and made a significant impact on my students' learning.

Since implementing the manipulatives, I have witnessed a remarkable shift in how my students engage with mathematics. The hands-on tools have not only facilitated a deeper understanding of complex concepts but have also fostered excitement and enthusiasm during math lessons. Each time I pull out these manipulatives, I see the spark of curiosity ignite in my students' eyes—a testament to the effectiveness of experiential learning.

The targeted strategy groups and small group sessions we've been able to conduct have allowed for personalized instruction tailored to each student's needs. This focused approach has led to increased participation and confidence among my students. They are more willing to explore, ask questions, and collaborate with their peers, resulting in a vibrant learning environment that encourages growth and exploration.

Your support has been instrumental in creating a classroom culture where students feel empowered to take risks in their learning. The manipulatives have not only enhanced their mathematical skills but have also instilled a love for math that I hope will last a lifetime.

Thank you once again for believing in our project and for your invaluable support. I look forward to sharing more successes and stories of growth as we continue this journey together.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Freeman

  • STEM Bins in Young 5's Kindergarten!

    Funded Dec 10, 2021

Thank you so much for supporting our classroom. My students are so in love with their new STEM opportunities. I have students constantly asking if it's time for STEM or if they can grab early finisher boxes! They are able to be creative, innovative, hands on, excited, and brilliant!

Students can use free creativity to create their own designs and builds but they can also grab tasks cards from me or look at building books to get to work!

It is truly one of my favorite things to witness as their teacher. It fills my heart with so much joy. There is not one child that does not feel excited or confident enough to give STEM time a chance.

You have given my students new opportunities they will never forget. Opportunities that make school even more enjoyable and hands on for them. We are so thankful for all of you.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Freeman

  • Classroom Library Bins and Book Bins!

    Funded Oct 8, 2021

Thank you so much for sponsoring our classroom book bins! I have been able to organize a classroom library with the big book bins. Students are able to pick and choose books they are interested in. They ask me all of the time if they can explore the books in our newly organized classroom library! We are especially in love with our newest individual book bins. Students keep their ELA journals in it and "just right" leveled readers in there. It allows students to practice independent reading and truly grow as readers! I had a student today say that she cannot wait to get cozy and read her book bin books. It made my teacher heart so happy.

We are so thankful for all of your love and support in room 110!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Freeman
