My students are socio-economically challenged; not all of them, but most of them. They are great kids with a thirst for knowledge! I hope to help that grow! When surveying my students, I found many of them have never traveled out of the state. I also noted that a high percentage of them don't go visit historical landmarks located right here in their home state. I want to help change that!
