Dramatic play materials help students to use their imaginations. Play is an important part of learning for our preschoolers. Students can act out appropriate social skills that they have learned during our social stories. Our special needs students require direct instruction in social skills and many opportunities to practice these skills. Dramatic play materials that match our classroom theme, help reinforce target vocabulary. The materials provided will direct student play so that they are reinforcing the vocabulary that they have learned in the classroom. We love to see our little learners using their imaginations and expanding their minds in the dramatic play center.
