The items in the project will be used to help students deal with stress and learn to effectively respond to situations. Aiding in changing their mindset and thought process to a more positive way. The journals will be used for students that express themselves through writing or poetry and may not feel as comfortable speaking to someone. Fidget devices will be used in our counseling room during stressful situations for students to help ease their anxiety. The items will also allow my counselor's office to be a welcoming space for the students. Giving them access to journals and positive affirmations when needed.
