In my school, there is one color printer in lockdown. With my own color printer, I can create materials that help and inspire my class. I will use color to enhance our learning. We will specifically use the printer to create classroom materials that we use in centers for language arts, math, and science. For example, we learn vowels and consonants. I use blue to represent consonants and red to represent vowels. It will be so much easier and time-saving to print the colors rather than personally color them in. I will also use the specific art supplies such as the cotton balls, google eyes, and playdough to ad a sensory element to our learning. We can create letters using these items that will help multimodal learning. I want every student that leaves my class to master the alphabet and we can do that through creative expression.
