We have just finished a lesson on rounding numbers. I have gone through the process, used number completed examples , and allowed the students a chance for guided and independent practice. I notice there is still a small group of students that still have no clue how to round. This is when digital instruction becomes helpful. Students can watch videos and get practice according to their level of understanding and help move them to the desired level of understanding. With a ratio of 22:1 it becomes challenging to meets everyone's specific needs. Through the use of videos and interactive instruction, students better their chances of conceptualizing and applying math skills giving multiple chances for the learning process to be successful.
