For Daily 5, two of the rotations we do are read to self and read to someone. For these rotations, students are picking up new books each day and put them back in the class library because they don't have their own bins to store them in. If they each had their own bin, they could "shop" for books once a week or so and hold onto the books each day in their bins so they can finish where they left off and be responsible for their own books. I also need working speakers in my classroom when I project videos onto my projector.
