The materials I have asked for help with are going to make a huge impact on my students. I want to encourage reading as much as possible in my class, so that my students will be ready for when they hit the big leagues later in life. The carpet rug will be used for my circle time, when the children come and sit on the floor for part of our class instruction and helps build classroom management. The headphones will be used for my centers as I would love for my kids to listen to stories as apart of building and encouraging reading and learning new words. The tablets will help bring technology into our that the children can learn and use to prepare them for standardized testing and getting them prepared for the tech world that we are moving towards.
