Our priority is to focus on student success and their overall well-being in the COVE program at LIS. To ensure this, we have the following goals relating to student growth: Establishing positive skills that lead to success in the school environment by appropriately eliminating aversive behaviors and utilizing effective communication skills that lead to thriving relationships by soliciting positive attention from peers and adults. We are looking for your support to provide a variety of tools related to social/emotional well-being along with flexible learning options related to sensory needs. These tools will be utilized in direct instruction within the COVE classroom as well as students being able to access them within the regular education classroom to ensure their overall success. Thank you for taking the time to read about our COVE program at LIS. In addition, we greatly appreciate your consideration of a donation towards our classroom.
