Building a Comfy, Collaborative Community
Funded Nov 30, 2022I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your support in funding our new cozy corner. Your contributions have made an enormous impact on my students' learning experience, and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness.
Since the installation of the new cozy corner, students have been utilizing the space for both independent work time and collaboration. The students have reacted positively to the new space, finding it to be a comfortable and calming environment that allows them to focus and work to the best of their abilities.
I have seen an increase in productivity and engagement during independent work time, with students opting to use the cozy corner instead of other areas in the classroom. Additionally, the cozy corner has become a popular spot for group work and collaboration, as students can come together in a comfortable and inviting space to work on projects and assignments.
Next, I plan to supply the students with some brain breaks like coloring, doodling, and other activities that can help them relax and re-energize especially during block days.
Once again, thank you for your support and generosity. Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of my students, and I am extremely grateful for your kindness.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Meyer

Funded Oct 9, 2019Thank you so much for your support of my very first campaign. All of the new resources have been heavily used since set up. Upon first set up of my reading nook, students couldn't wait to use it. The book shelf was immediately filled with my most popular and widely read books.
Freshmen take advantage of the comfortable bungee chairs and floor pads during their independent reading time every day. Often times, students have to rotate because everyone wants their chance to cozy up in a comfortable chair with their book rather than their stiff desk chairs.
My juniors and seniors frequently utilize the yoga balls in place of their desk chairs - I fear I may need to order more - and sit on the bungee chairs during work time on their articles for journalism.
My goal in the future is provide even more flexible and comfortable seating options for my students.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Meyer
