Our students are typical middle school students -- generally nice kids who sometimes push the limits. Our suburban location often leads to students complaining that our small town has NOTHING TO DO! They come from 3 different elementary schools and join all together into 1 (aging) middle school in the heart of our little town. Family connections are strong in our school, however, that doesn't mean that many of our students do not struggle with complex family/social issues. Many students are involved in activities, but many are also looking for a deeper connection to their school and with their peers.
