  • Help Our Scholars Graduate in Style

  • Making the School Year Great for My Mixed Age Class!

    Than you so much for you donations. This year has been quite the busy one. So far we have 11 students total, two 3 year olds and 9 4 year olds. I have two students with fully developed IEPs and 2 who are in the process of receiving services.

    The tools that you have helped purchase have help my co teacher and I be able to give rich learning experiences to all of my students, and meet them on their level. I have seen a lot of growth from my students in the last few months and as I reflect over this part of the school year I am optimistic about the amount of growth we can achieve by June.     My students are super creative and active members of our school community and constantly in need of new ways to learn. I knew that the toys I asked for needed to be high quality and fun.

    My superfriends latched on to the new toys IMMEDIATELY! They were so excited to play with the new materials, to the point where they would ask for them everyday! I've used them in small groups and free choice to maximize the time I have to teach. My students truly think they are playing, but are learning as well and that was my ultimate goal.
