Our building is in an inner-city with limited resources. All of the materials and classroom supplies are provided out of my own pocket. We were promised one to one technology through our district but have yet to receive it despite students being required to do in-school online learning. In addition, we are a K-8 school sharing one black and white printer that is often in need of service making it difficult to print lesson materials and resources. Therefore, I am requesting a printer and a Chromebook. An equitable education is all I wish for my students. They come to school every day willing and able to learn but I am not always able to give them what they need because of the lack of resources. DonorsChoose would be able to help my inner-city students get one step closer to the education they deserve.
