Do you remember what it was like when you were in school and took home economics? Do you remember the first meal you were able to prepare independently for yourself? These memories last a lifetime. I serve students with severe and profound disabilities. In today's society learning to eat healthy is a valuable asset all individuals need to obtain. They, like many other students, need to learn independence. However, with my students, it will take a lot of practice in achieving these goals. Please help me give them the skills they need to be successful in the most basic needs of independence, cooking.

About my class
